The pattern is the same everywhere: small, focused calendars (one per kid, team, ministry, or program) rolled into shared views, filled by pasting real schedules instead of retyping them, and distributed as one link that anyone can open in a browser or subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. What changes by group is who subscribes, which calendars they need, and what the schedule mess looks like before TangoHive cleans it up.
