Can clients see only some events?
Yes. Put client-visible events on their own calendar or collection and share only that link. Internal calendars stay internal.
How do people at other companies subscribe?
They open the share link and tap Add to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, or paste the ICS feed into Outlook. No accounts, no invitations to manage.
What formats are supported?
Standard ICS and webcal feeds, which work with every major calendar application.
