TangoHive for families
The family calendar that fills itself
Every family runs a small logistics company. Practices, games, recitals, picture days, half days, dentist appointments. The schedule lives in emails from coaches, PDFs from school, and one parent's memory.
TangoHive gives each kid a calendar, rolls them into one family view, and turns any schedule you paste into real events. Share one link and everyone who helps run your family subscribes once on their own phone.
The problems this solves
The schedule lives in one parent's head
When one person is the family's calendar, every question routes through them. A shared link means both parents, grandparents, and the sitter see the same events without asking.
Retyping the season schedule, again
The coach sends a PDF. The school sends a newsletter. Paste either into TangoHive and AI proposes every practice, game, and holiday skip as events you approve before they land.
Schedules change and phones do not
Because everyone subscribes to a live feed instead of screenshotting a list, a moved practice updates on every phone automatically.
How it works
- 1One calendar per kid. Emma's soccer, Jack's swim, the school calendar. Color-coded so a glance tells you whose day it is.
- 2One collection for the family. Roll the calendars into a single family view with one shareable link.
- 3Everyone subscribes once. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or just the link in a browser. Grandma does not need an account.
Common questions
Does the other parent need an account?
No. Anyone with the share link can view the calendar in a browser or subscribe to it in Apple or Google Calendar without creating an account.
Can I paste a schedule from an email or PDF?
Yes. Paste the text of any schedule and AI proposes the events, including tricky details like a holiday skip inside a date range. You review everything before it saves.
What if each kid has multiple activities?
Give each activity its own calendar or keep one calendar per kid; either way, collections combine them into one shared view with a single link.
Does it work with Apple Calendar and Google Calendar?
Yes. Every calendar and collection has an ICS feed that works in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and any app that supports calendar subscriptions.
What happens when the schedule changes?
Edit the event once in TangoHive. Everyone who subscribed sees the update automatically; the shared page is always current.
