TangoHive is a product of PerfSpot LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and PerfSpot LLC when you use TangoHive.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the calendars and events you create and share. Do not use the service to defraud, spam, harass, or do anything illegal.

The service

TangoHive is provided as is, with no warranties and no uptime guarantee. We are not the source of truth for anyone else's schedule. We turn schedules you provide into calendars, and AI extraction can make mistakes; verify important dates and times against the original source before you rely on them.

We may update the product, pricing, and these terms over time. We'll try to be reasonable about notice.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use TangoHive at your own risk.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
