TangoHive for nonprofits

Programs, board, and volunteers, finally in sync

Nonprofits coordinate more people with less infrastructure than almost any business: staff, board members, volunteers, program participants, all on different systems, none of them required to use yours.

TangoHive shares live calendars with people you cannot put on your tooling. Board members subscribe from Outlook, volunteers from their phones, and nobody needs an account or training.

The problems this solves

Volunteers are not on your systems

A share link works for people you cannot onboard. They open it in a browser or subscribe from whatever calendar they already use.

Program schedules change weekly

Tutoring sessions move, site visits reschedule. Edit once and every subscribed phone updates; the shared page is always the current truth.

Board packets with stale dates

Give the board one calendar feed for meetings and deadlines. It stays current in their own calendars year-round.

How it works

  1. 1
Calendars per program and function. Programs, board, fundraising. Colors make ownership obvious.
  2. 2
Collections per audience. Staff see everything; the board sees board and fundraising; volunteers see programs.
  3. 3
Share links, not logins. Every audience subscribes once from their own tools, including Outlook via the ICS feed.

Common questions

Does it work with Outlook?

Yes. Every calendar has an ICS feed that Outlook, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and any standards-based calendar app can subscribe to.

Can different groups see different calendars?

Yes. Collections let you bundle calendars per audience, each with its own share link, so the board, staff, and volunteers each get a view that fits.

Can we import our existing calendar?

Yes. Paste an existing ICS feed link and TangoHive imports the events for review, or paste any schedule text and AI extracts it.

What does it cost?

TangoHive is free while in early access.
