How to turn any schedule into a calendar

Season schedules arrive as PDFs, emails, flyers, and webpages, and someone has to get them into a calendar. Retyping is slow and error-prone. Here is the fast path.

  1. 1

Copy the schedule text or link

Select and copy the schedule from wherever it lives: the email body, the PDF text, or just the webpage's URL.

  2. 2

    Paste into TangoHive

Open Add events, paste into the Paste tab (or drop the URL in the From a link tab), and let AI read it.

  3. 3

    Answer clarifying questions if asked

When a schedule has options, like multiple sessions or locations, TangoHive asks which apply to you instead of guessing.

  4. 4

    Review the proposed events

Every event appears in a checklist with dates, times, and locations. Edit anything, uncheck anything, then confirm.

  5. 5

    Share or subscribe

The events land on your calendar, ready to share as a link or subscribe to as a feed.

Common questions

How accurate is the extraction?

Strong on real-world schedules, including patterns like a header time applying to a list of dates, holiday skips inside a range, and venue overrides. You review everything before it saves, so mistakes cannot slip through silently.

Can it read a schedule from a website link?

Yes. Paste the page URL and TangoHive fetches and reads it server-side. If the link is an ICS feed, it imports the events directly without AI.

What if I import the same schedule twice?

Re-importing matching content proposes updates to the existing events instead of creating duplicates.
