How to subscribe to a calendar link
A calendar link (an ICS or webcal URL) is a live feed: subscribe once and events appear in your own calendar app, updating automatically when the organizer changes anything. Here is how on each platform.

iPhone and iPad (Apple Calendar)
Tap the Add to Apple Calendar button on the share page, or go to Settings, then Calendar, then Accounts, Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the ICS link.

Google Calendar
Tap Add to Google Calendar on the share page, or in Google Calendar on the web open Other calendars, choose From URL, and paste the ICS link.

Outlook
In Outlook calendar view choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, and paste the ICS link.

Any other app
Look for Subscribe, From URL, or Internet Calendar in your app's add-calendar menu, and paste the ICS link. Nearly every calendar app supports it.
Subscribed calendars are read-only by design: the organizer edits, everyone else stays current. Refresh timing varies by app, from minutes (Apple) to a few hours (Google).
Common questions
Why do events take a while to update in Google Calendar?
Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, typically every few hours. Apple Calendar and Outlook usually refresh faster. The share page itself is always instantly current.
What is the difference between webcal:// and https:// links?
They point at the same feed. webcal:// is a convention that tells Apple devices to open the subscription dialog; https:// versions work everywhere else.
