How to import an ICS feed
Sometimes the calendar you need already exists as an ICS feed, but it is messy: missing end times, inconsistent titles, events you do not want. Importing it into TangoHive gives you an editable copy you can clean up and re-share.

Copy the feed URL
It usually ends in .ics or starts with webcal://. Most league sites, school systems, and calendar apps expose one.

Paste it into Add events
Use the From a link tab. TangoHive detects that it is a calendar feed and parses it directly, including recurring events.

Review the imported events
Events with missing end times get an honest one-hour default and a note, so you can spot and fix them.

Clean up with plain English
Use Fix with AI for batch corrections like practices on Thursdays should end at 6:45, and review the changes before applying.

Share your clean version
Your imported copy gets its own share link and feed, independent of the original.
Common questions
Does importing stay in sync with the original feed?
No, an import is a copy you own and can edit. Re-paste the feed later and TangoHive proposes updates to matching events rather than duplicating them.
Why would I import a feed instead of subscribing to it?
Subscribe when the source is clean and maintained. Import when you need to fix events, merge sources, or share a curated version.
