How to combine multiple calendars into one

Three kids, four activities, one school: that is seven calendars someone has to check. Combining them into one view, with one link and one subscription, is what collections are for.

  1. 1

    Keep calendars small and focused

One per kid, team, ministry, or program. Small calendars stay accurate and reusable.

  2. 2

    Create a collection

In My calendars, create a collection and tap the calendars that belong in it.

  3. 3

    Share the collection link

The shared page shows every member calendar, color-coded, with filters so viewers can focus on one.

  4. 4

    Subscribe once for everything

The collection's ICS feed merges all member calendars, so one subscription covers the whole set.

Common questions

Can one calendar belong to several collections?

Yes. A calendar can be in any number of collections, so the same soccer calendar can appear in the family view and a team view.

Can viewers filter which calendars they see?

Yes. Shared collection pages include per-calendar filters, and each member calendar also has its own individual share link and feed.
