Who can read our group's posts?
Members only: your contact list and your team - never search engines.
Posts are for members, not the world. They are never listed in search engines, and a stranger opening a post link sees only your group's name and a sign-in prompt - not the title or contents.
Everyone you email reads with one tap from their own email - no account, no password. The link in their email recognizes them.
Anyone on your contact list can also sign in with that same email address on your site and read everything.
Your public SITE is the opposite on purpose: it is meant to be found and shared. Links and the calendar live there; posts stay behind the member line.
