What happens when I invite someone by email
Existing users get the calendar instantly; new people get a one-tap account with it already inside.
If they already have a TangoHive account with that email, the calendar attaches the moment you send the invite: it is simply there the next time they open the app or the web, with the access level you chose.
If they are new, the invite email sets up their account in one tap, with the calendar already inside. No password, no forms.
Either way you can watch the state under People on My calendars: "Invited, not signed in yet" flips to accepted once they are in.
